施用沼肥对哈密瓜产量、品质及土壤养分的影响

Abstract:
为探讨施用沼肥对设施哈密瓜产量、品质及土壤养分的影响,采用两因素随机区组试验设计,研究不同沼肥根施量(0 t/hm、150 t/hm、250 t/hm、350 t/hm)和不同体积分数(0%、50%、100%)沼液喷施处理对哈密瓜成熟后的产量(单果质量)、品质(果形指数、 维生素C质量分数、糖酸比、果实硬度)、生长特性(叶片叶绿素质量分数、叶面积)以及耕层土壤养分(有机质和速效氮、磷、钾)变化的影响。结果表明,施用一定量的沼肥可达到常规施用化肥(CK)的产量,并且能够改善品质。当根施量为250 t/hm,喷施体积分数为50%时,哈密瓜的产量及品质最好,且能提高土壤的养分质量分数。可见,沼肥在哈密瓜生产中具有非常好的增产和提质作用,应用前景广阔。
In order to explore effects of the biogas fertilizer’s on output and quality of Hami melon, and pursue high and safety production strategy for Hami melon.The experiment was conducted by random block design of two factors different biogas fertilizers (0 t/hm, 150 t/hm, 250 t/hm, 350 t/hm) were applied on roots and spraied different concentrations (0%, 50%, 100%) of biogas fertilizer in Hami melon.The effects of biogas fertilizer and application methods on Hami melon output (single fruit mass), quality (vitamin C mass fraction,solid acid ratio, fruit hardness), growth characteristic (chlorophyll mass fraction,leaf area,shape index) and arable soil nutrients(soil available nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter) were comparatively analysed.The results showed that applying biogas fertilizer could obtain better fruit than chemical fertilizer.When applyed 250 t/hm biogas fertilizer and sprayed biogas fertilizer of volume fraction 50%, the comprehensive quality and output was best, and the soil nutrient content can be improved.Therefore,biogas fertilizer can increase Hami melon’s production and quality.
