沼液与木醋液浸种对小麦种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

Abstract:

为探讨沼液、木醋液及二者耦合对小麦种子的浸种效果,采用沙床培养法,以小麦品种‘小偃22’为材料,分析了沼液、木醋液及沼液稀释木醋液100倍、300倍、500倍和700倍混合液浸种对小麦种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,各处理均能促进种子发芽,其中混合液500倍处理的发芽势和发芽率分别提高159.25%和11.94%;各处理均能提高幼苗株高、茎粗和壮苗指数,其中混合液500倍处理的株高、茎粗较对照分别提高48.93%和18.81%,混合液300倍处理的壮苗指数提高了26.92%;各处理均能增加根长和根条数,其中混合液300倍处理分别较对照增加43.61%和21.74%;各处理均能显著增加幼苗总鲜质量和总干质量,其中混合液500倍处理较对照分别增加62.31%和48.36%;只有沼液、木醋液处理增加了根冠比,其中木醋液处理增加4.16%。试验表明,沼液稀释木醋液500倍混合液浸种的综合效果最优。
To investigate the effects of presoaking wheat (Geneses name and specises name L, cv ‘Xiaoyan 22’) seed in bio-slurry, wood vinegar and their combination, sand bed-cultured experiments were conducted to examine the seed germination and seedling morphogenesis, roots development, biomass under the treatments of bio-slurry, 500 times dilution wood vinegar and diluted wood vinegar with bio-slurry (mixture treatment) of 100 times dilution, 300 times dilution, 500 times dilution and 700 times dilution. The results showed thatall the treatments improved wheat seed germination compared with control group.With mixture treatment of 500 times,the germination energy and germination rate were increased by 159.25% and 11.94% respectively . All the treatments improved plant height, stem diameter and seedling index. The plant height and stem diameter were increased by 48.93% and 18.81% respectively with mixture treatment of 500 times, and the seedling index was increased by 26.92% with mixture treatment of 300 times. All the treatments increased root length and number of root. The root length and number of root were increased by 43.61% and 21.74% respectively with mixture treatment of 300 times. All the treatments increased total fresh mass and total dry mass of seedling significantly. The total fresh mass and total dry mass were increased by 62.31% and 48.36% respectively with mixture treatment of 500 times. Bio-slurry and wood vinegar increased root-shoot ratio. The root-shoot ratio was increased by 4.16% with wood vinegar. The optimal seed-soaking treatment of this study was mixture treatment which wood vinegar was diluted with bio-slurry 500 times.
