Abstract:

采用菌丝生长速率法,测定50%戊唑醇纳米可溶性粉剂对苹果斑点落叶病菌( Alternaria alternata f.sp.mali)的室内毒力,并在2013年进行2个不同试验地的田间药效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明,50%戊唑醇纳米可溶性粉剂对苹果斑点落叶病菌具有很好的抑制效果,其EC50值为6.53 mg/L。田间试验结果表明,50%戊唑醇纳米可溶性粉剂对苹果斑点落叶病有显著的防治效果,用质量浓度125 mg/L 处理苹果植株,在春梢和秋梢停止抽生期防效达90%左右。供试药剂对苹果树生长发育无不良影响,使用安全。
The activity of 50% tebuconazole nano SPX against the Alternaria alternata f.sp.mali was measured by investigating growth velocity in PDA culture media. Meanwhile,the efficacy of this fungicide against the Alternaria alternata f.sp. mali was tested in the field of two different experimental fields in 2013. The result showed that 50% tebuconazole nano formulation had good effect on the Alternaria alternata f.sp.mali,EC50 value was 6.53 mg/L.The results of field trials showed that 50% tebuconazole nano formulation had significant control effect on the tested pathogenic bacteria with the efficiency of about 90% at spring and autumn tips stages when the treatment mass concentration was 125 mg/L. The fungicide had no adverse effects on apple tree growth and can be used safely.
