Abstract:

用250 g·L-1的聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)溶液模拟水分胁迫处理‘紫冠1号’紫色不结球白菜,运用液质联用和荧光定量PCR方法,分析水分胁迫下其叶片中花色苷质量分数、成分的变化以及花色苷合成基因BcPAL、BcCHS、BcCHI、BcF 3H、BcDFR、BcANS和BcUFGT的表达特性。结果显示:①水分胁迫诱导不结球白菜积累花色苷;②共检测到11种主要的花色苷组分,分为矢车菊素类花色苷和飞燕草素类花色苷2大类,水分胁迫对不同花色苷质量分数的影响作用不同;③水分胁迫条件下,BcPAL、BcCHS和BcDFR基因的表达先升后降,BcF 3H和BcUFGT基因在水分胁迫下被持续诱导表达,BcANS和BcCHI基因的表达量在胁迫初期有所下降,随后又逐渐升高。
250 g·L-1 PEG6000 solution( polyethylene glycol 6000, PEG ) were dipped in root of purple non-heading Chinese cabbage named ‘Ziguan No.1’ and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry as well as fluorescence quantitative PCR method were used to analyze the effects of water stress on anthocyanins content, composition and the expression characteristics of anthocyanins biosynthesis related genes such as BcPAL, BcCHS, BcCHI, BcF 3H, BcDFR, BcANS and BcUFGT in non-heading Chinese cabbage leaves. The results showed that:①the anthocyanins content showed increasing under water stress; ②11 kinds of main components of anthocyanins were detected and they were divided into two categories, cyanidin and delphinidin, and the influence of water stress on contents of different anthocyanins were different;③the expression of BcPAL, BcCHS and BcDFR under water stress increased first and then decreased, while the expression of BcF 3H and BcUFGT were continuously induced by water stress,BcANS and BcCHI expression levels declined in the early stress and then gradually increased.
