羊源C型产气荚膜梭菌的分离鉴定、药敏试验及免疫治疗

Abstract:

从陕北某绵羊养殖场猝死绵羊的肝脏和脾脏中分离得到1株细菌,通过细菌培养特性、菌体形态、菌落特征、染色特性、生化试验、外毒素测定、毒素类型的PCR检测和药敏试验等鉴定,结果表明,该分离菌为革兰氏阳性大杆菌,生长特性和生化试验结果符合产气荚膜梭菌的所有特点;该菌可产生致小白鼠死亡的外毒素,PCR检测结果证实外毒素为α毒素和β毒素;药敏试验结果表明,该菌对环丙沙星、诺氟沙星等抗生素高度敏感,对庆大霉素、卡那霉素等抗生素不敏感。表明该菌为引起绵羊猝狙的C型产气荚膜梭菌,用羊梭菌疫苗紧急免疫羊群并配合应用抗生素治疗能有效控制该病的流行。
A strain bacteria was isolated from liver and spleen of a sudden death sheep in Northern Shaanxi . A series of experiments including cultivating characteristic,bacteria morphology,colony morphology,staining characteristics,determination of exotoxin,biochemical test,PCR test for toxin type identification were done in order to identity pathogenic bacteria. Isolated bacteria was gram-positive bacteria,results of growth characteristic and biochemical test were accorded with all characteristics of Clostridium perfringens. This bacteria could produce the exotoxin which can cause the death of mice. PCR results confirmed that the exotoxin of this bacteria were α and β toxins. Drug susceptibility test showed that the bacteria was sensitive to ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin and not sensitive to gentamicin,kanamycin.All the results showed that the bacteria strain is Clostridium perfringens type C. Sheep are urgently injected with sheep clostridium vaccine and treated with sensitive antibiotics,and the disease is controlled effectively in sheep.
