生物菌剂及土壤调理剂对大棚秋番茄生长及2种病虫害的影响

Abstract:
通过大田试验,探讨EM生物菌肥、土壤调理剂、“EM生物菌肥+土壤调理剂”、阿维菌素、淡紫拟青霉处理对番茄生长及病虫害的影响。结果表明,生物菌剂及土壤调理剂各处理都对番茄生长表现一定的促进作用,其中以“EM生物菌肥+土壤调理剂”混合处理对番茄株高、茎粗和叶片数影响最大。生物菌剂及土壤调理剂处理均提高番茄的坐果率,其中以淡紫拟青霉处理的坐果率为最高。生物菌剂及土壤调理剂各处理对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病发病率和病情指数均有降低作用,特别是在秋番茄生育前期,“EM生物菌肥+土壤调理剂”处理可使番茄黄化曲叶病毒发病率和病情指数明显降低。生物菌剂及土壤调理剂各处理均可使根结线虫的根结指数显著降低,防治效果显著增强,其中以“EM生物菌肥+土壤调理剂”混合处理的根结指数为最低,防治效果最好,其次为淡紫拟青霉处理。
Field experiments were carried out to examine the effects of EM bacterial manure, soil conditioner, “EM bacterial manure + soil conditioner”, avermectin and Paecilomyces lilacinus treatment on growth of tomato, disease and pest control.The results showed that the biological agent and soil conditioner showed a certain role in promoting tomato growth, especially the treatment of “EM bacterial manure + soil conditioner” possessed the significant effect on tomato plant height, stem diameter and leaf number.Biological agent and soil conditioner treatments improved the tomato fruit-setting rate, and the treatment of Paecilomyces lilacinus had the highest effect.Biological agent and soil conditioner treatments decreased incidence rate and disease index of tomato yellow leaf curl virus especially at the early stage of autumn tomato growth, “EM bacterial manure + soil conditioner” treatment significantly reduced the incidence rate and disease index of tomato yellow leaf curl virus.Both the biological agent and soil conditioner treatments decreased significantly root knot index value of root-knot nematode, the best control effect was detected in the treatment of “EM bacterial manure + soil conditioner” , and followed by Paecilomyces lilacinus treatment.
