农村公众对知识产权的认知度及关注度研究
Research on Rural Public’s Awareness and Attention of Intellectual Property Rights

基于全国百余个村庄、千余份面对面调查问卷的数据，分析了农村公众获取知识产权信息的渠道和对知识产权信息的认知、意愿、关注、服务满意度及存在的问题，结果显示：在对知识产权信息的了解上，农村公众虽然有较高的意愿，但对相关政策及法律法规的知晓度极低；农村公众最信任的信息获取渠道是国家知识产权局专业网站；农村公众中，偶尔看听知识产权保护类信息的居多，必看必听的极少。在运用知识产权的过程中，农村公众遇到的主要问题有三个方面：（1）知识产权保护意识和水平比较低;（2）缺乏尊重他人知识产权的意识;（3）不知道如何使用知识产权相关信息。农村公众最希望解决执法水平低、维权成本高和惩处力度低等问题。
Under the historical background of the multicultural integration and new media, acquainting the rural public’s awareness and attention of intellectual property rights is important to help them to improve their consciousness of IPR protection and ability of rights protection, solve their problems efficiently. Based on the data of a face to face questionnaire with a thousand people from more than one hundred villages in China, this article analyzed the rural public’s access to information and intellectual property awareness of intellectual property information, willingness of attention, satisfaction of service and the existing problems. The results of research show that, the rural public has a high willingness to acquaint intellectual property information, but a low awareness of related policies and laws. The professional web site of the state intellectual property office is the rural public's most trusted information access. Most of the rural public get acquaint with the protection of intellectual property rights occasionally, while only few people think it is necessary things for them to read and listen in. In the process of rural public using intellectual property rights, there are three main questions: low level of protection and consciousness of intellectual property rights, lack of the awareness to respect for others’ intellectual property rights and no idea how to use the information related intellectual property. There are three important problems that rural public most want to solve: low level of law enforcement, high costs for right protection and weak penalties.
