发达国家农业知识产权服务体系对我国的启示
New Operation Tendency of Agricultural Intellectual Property Service System in Developed Countries and China’s Response

在新形势下，建立和运行我国农业知识产权服务体系是当前的一项紧迫任务。通过梳理美国、日本和韩国农业知识产权服务业培育的做法，汲取其农业知识产权服务体系建设的有益经验，结合我国实际，提出我国农业知识产权服务体系发展对策：健全农业知识产权服务制度体系；建立农业知识产权服务业部门协作机制；完善农业知识产权公共服务体系；培育农业知识产权服务市场；重视农业知识产权转化应用；发挥农业知识产权服务“第三方组织”的作用。
Building and running the agricultural intellectual property service system in the new situation is an urgent task at present. Therefore, we should draw lessons of cultivated agricultural intellectual property service from western developed countries and learn good experiences of agricultural intellectual property service system construction, so as, in combination with the reality of China, to perfect the system of agricultural intellectual property service system, establish agricultural intellectual property service collaboration mechanism of different sectors, cultivate agricultural intellectual property service market, attach great importance to the transformation and application of agricultural intellectual property right, and play the role of “the third party” in agricultural intellectual property service.
