Abstract:

以休闲农业较发达的福建省为样本,选取从事该行业的返乡青年为研究对象,进行半结构式深度问卷访谈,访谈的内容包括职业转换的原因,从业经验获取的途径,从业资源支持系统和职业转换的调适。研究结果发现:从事休闲农业的返乡青年普遍向往农村生活,看好休闲农业新的市场机遇,追求回归童年田园记忆与维护家人亲情关系;从事休闲农业经营可以利用原先的从业经验、积累的社会资源和务农经营期间学习、交流所探索出的经验和创新理念;职业生涯转化历程中工作价值观的调整、个人资源有效利用、找寻自己的支持系统,可以减少职业转换的挫折,并有助于工作与生活上的适应。
Multifunctional agriculture theory provides a brand-new way to develop tradition agricultural policy decisions. The thesis aims at exploring the causes of career change of the home-coming rural youth who are engaged in agritoursim and their attitude and adjustment towards life after their return. The study takes Fujian, a province that features plenty of returned rural youth who run agritourism, as sample space, from which seven research subjects are chosen for an in-depth half-structured questionnaires interview. The contents of the interview range from causes for their career transition, their access to the experience of agritourism and career resource sustaining system to their adjustment to career transition. Through the interview, the study reveals that the returned rural youth unanimously yearn for the life form of countryside that is reminiscent of their idyllic life in the childhood, which keeps their relationship with their family alive. All of them have a positive attitude towards the new market prospect for agritoursim. Though the prior management experience combined with the accessible social resource facilitates their involvement with agritourism, constant exchange and learning remain vital. The primary problems confront the career transition are the adjustment of their values towards work. In response, the development of beneficial personal resource and search for supporting system can help them to reduce frustration of career transition and to adjust to life.
