我国山区县农业生态效率综合评价——以福建省武平县为例
Comprehensive Evaluation on Ecological Efficiency of Mountainous Counties in China——A Case Study of Wuping County in Fujian

农业是关系国计民生和经济社会发展的基础产业,农业生态效率是衡量农业综合生产能力的重要指标。以农业生态效率评价为研究中心,择取典型山区农业县——福建省武平县,通过构建农业生态效率综合评价指标体系,并基于DEA模型,对武平县2008-2012年农业生态效率进行实证分析, 从综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率对其17个乡镇进行综合评价, 为低生态效率乡镇的改进提供相应建议。
Agriculture is a fundamental industry involving people’s livelihood and economic and social development, and agricultural eco efficiency is an important indicator of comprehensive agricultural production capacity. Based on evaluation research of agricultural eco efficiency, taking a typical mountainous agricultural county Wuping in Fujian province for example, the index system of agricultural eco efficiency evaluation was designed. And based on the principle of DEA model, agricultural eco efficiency of 2008-2012 in Wuping was empirically analysed. The aim is to provide reference frame for evaluation of agricultural eco efficiency in China’s mountainous agricultural counties, accomplishing the goal of agricultural sustainable development and agricultural ecological civilization as soon as possible.
