Study on Growth Regularity of College Graduates Serving as Village Leaders ——Based on Survey Data of 4 252 College Graduates Serving as Village Leaders Over China

以全国4 252名大学生村官的调研数据为样本展开研究,通过对大学生村官成长四个阶段、四种内在素质、四种外部条件的深入分析,揭示了大学生村官成长过程中各种因素的本质联系,即大学生村官的成长成才依赖于选拨聘用机制、教育培训机制、考核激励机制和协同管理机制的有效运行,它们构成了大学生村官成长成才的动力系统。
Based on the survey data of 4 252 college graduates serving as village leaders all over China, through detailed analysis of four growth stages of college graduates serving as village leaders, four kinds of internal quality, and four kinds of external conditions, this paper reveals the essencial relation between various factors in the growth process of college graduates serving as village leaders. It is found that the growth of college graduates serving as village leaders depends on the selection and employment mechanism, the education and training mechanism, the efficient and effective coordination and management mechanism, evaluation and motivation mechanism, which constitutes the dynamical system for the growth of college graduates serving as village leaders.
