Strategic Decision of Rapid Mergers and Acquisitions of Seed Industry Enterprises and Sequencing of Influencing Factors

阐述了快速决策内涵及种业企业快速并购战略决策特点，构建了种业企业快速并购战略速度影响因素模型，归纳和分析了快速战略决策的影响因素。研究发现:我国种业企业进行快速并购战略决策的影响因素依次为：决策过程的有条件共识、决策过程的多个备选方案、整合过程的有条件共识和决策过程的沟通咨询。
This paper expounded the connotation of the rapid decision-making and rapid acquisition strategy and their characteristics in seed industry enterprises, built a model of factors that affect fast merger and acquisition strategy of seed industry enterprises, summarized and analyzed the influence factors of their quick strategic decision-making. The study found that the influence factors of fast decision-making of China’s seed industry enterprises’ m&a strategy are in the order: conditional consensus decision-making process, the decision-making process of multiple alternatives, conditional consensus of the consolidation process, and decision-making process of the communication consulting.
