电子商务视角下的农产品流通效率
Research on Efficiency of Agricultural Product Circulation From Perspective of E-commerce

农产品流通效率与人民生活息息相关，电子商务应当成为农产品流通效率测量的新指标。运用DEA- BC2 模型和Malmquist指数对我国31个省的面板数据进行分析，得到了与以往不同的指标测量结果：西部地区全要素生产率最高，东部次之，中部最差；西部地区在投入电子商务环境、完成基础设施建设的前提下，获得了更大的效率增长率。在此基础上，建议改善全国农产品流通效率需要，制定全国性战略规划，着力发展现代网络科技，用科技创新缩短东中西部的差距。
The efficiency of agricultural product circulation is closely related to people's life, and e-commerce should become a new indicator of agricultural product circulation efficiency measurement. This paper uses the DEA-BC2 model and Malmquist coefficient to analyse the panel data of 31 provinces in China and gets the result that is different from other papers’: the total factor productivity in the western region is the highest, the second in the east and the middle is the lowest, and under the premise of the e-commerce environment as well as the completion of infrastructure construction, the western region has got a greater efficiency growth rate. On this basis, to improve the efficiency of the national agricultural products and to shorten the gap between the eastern and central and western regions, China needs to develop a national strategic plan, focusing on the development of modern network technology and encouraging the application of scientific and technological measures.
