农村失能老人家庭照护者压力:青壮年与老年的比较
A Comparative Study on Family Caregivers’ Burden of Rural Disabled Elderly: Between Young Labor Force and Elderly

以湖北潜江为例,比较分析了青壮年与老年两个群体的照护者压力及影响因素。研究结果表明:在共同性方面,失能等级是导致照护者压力的共同因素和首要因素,而老人其他子女资源与经济资源对两个照护者群体的帮助作用都不大;在差异性方面,生计压力对青壮年照护者压力影响较大,健康与社区资源则对老年照护者压力影响较大。在制定家庭照护者的社会支持政策时,既要考虑青壮年与老年人两个群体之间的共同性,也要考虑两者之间的差异。
Based on the case in Qianjiang of Hubei Province, this study investigates the influencing factors of the family caregivers’ burden of the rural disabled elderly by comparing the young labor with the elderly. The general finding is as following: On the commonness, the level of disability plays the most important role on the family caregivers’ burden, and the children’ s resources of the elderly and economic resources play less important roles for the alleviation of the caregivers’ burden. On the disparity, livelihood activities influence the young caregivers’ burden, the healthy condition and the community resources have some impact on the old caregivers. On conclusion, when we make policy, we must take the commonness and the disparity together.
