当前农村不良社会风气的态势、成因及对策——基于全国200多个村4 000多家农户连续3年的调查
Situation, Cause and Countermeasures of Unhealthy Social Atmosphere in Rural Areas——An Empirical Analysis Based on About 4 000 Farmers in More Than 200 Villages

基于全国200多个村约4 000家农户连续3年的调查，运用Spss统计分析，研究当前农村不良社会风气的总体态势，并深度剖析其形成的社会根源，在此基础上提出系统性、针对性的对策建议。研究表明，当前农村婚丧嫁娶大操大办、人情负债、孝道缺失、封建迷信等一系列不良社会风气严重，其主要原因是国家治理取向偏失和乡村长期缺乏内在治理要素培育，同时现代化转型严重冲击乡村内在治理，导致农村处于“失魂”“失根”“失血”状态。要破解当前农村不良风气，必须加强农村文化治理，强化农村公共文化服务，传承和发展乡村文明，激发农村内在文化动力，为乡村社会注入新资源、新要素、新活力。
Based on a continuous survey about 4 000 farmers in more than 200 villages for three years, this thesis is devoted to study the current situation and formation of unhealthy social atmosphere in China’s rural areas with SPSS data analysis, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The research shows that the current social atmosphere in the countryside is very bad, such as extravagance and waste, lacking of filial piety, feudal superstitious, etc. There are three main reasons for this phenomenon. One is the deviation of national governance orientation. The other is lacking of inner governance factor cultivation in the countryside for a long period. And the last one is the transformation of modernization has seriously impacted the internal governance of rural areas. These reasons led the countryside into the state of losing soul, losing root, and losing blood. It is necessary to strengthen the rural cultural governance and promote public cultural services, which can improve the social atmosphere in the current countryside, stimulate intrinsic motivation of country culture and bring fresh energy to the rural society.
