城乡一体化下农村金融发展的法律建议

现阶段，城镇化已成为大力推动城乡一体化发展的重要抓手，在此过程中我们需要有强大的金融支持和完备的金融监管体系来有效地控制在推进城镇化进程中不断产生的农村金融风险。目前，农村金融集中表现出生态环境缺乏统一规划、创新组织形式风险较高、农业保险不健全以及农村信用体系不完善等问题。为此，应进一步加大对农村金融的监管力度、大力推动大型商业银行下延式服务、不断完善农村信用体系建设以及充分发挥农业保险在农村金融中的作用,以此更好地控制农村金融风险，形成完备的农村金融体系。
At present, urbanization is an important method to promote the integration of urban and rural development. In the process of promoting the urbanization we need to have strong financial support and perfect financial supervision system to effectively control the rural financial risks. Rural finance concentration shows the lack of unified planning of ecological environment, higher risk in innovation organizations, imperfect agricultural insurance and rural credit system and so on. To this end, we should further strengthen the supervision of rural finance, vigorously promote the large-scale commercial banks under extended service, continuously improve rural credit system construction and give full play to the role of agricultural insurance in rural finance, so as to better control rural financial risks and form perfect rural financial system.
