人力资本视角下农民工市民化能力形成机理及提升路径
Research on Formation Mechanism and Enhancement Path of Rural Migrant Workers Citizenization Ability Based on Human Capital Perspective

在梳理相关研究成果的基础上,运用人力资本理论阐释了农民工市民化的能力内涵,分析了人力资本与农民工职业转化能力、城市生存生活能力和城市融合发展能力形成之间的作用机理,并提出通过教育培训制度设计、机制完善、模式选择等路径创新以提升农民工市民化能力的对策建议。
Based on summering related research results, this article explains the connotation of the migrant workers citizenization ability using the human capital theory, analyzes the formation and interaction mechanism of human capital and migrant workers occupation transformation ability, city survival viability and city fusion development ability, and then proposes some measures to promote the migrant workers citizenization ability through innovations in designing education training system, perfecting mechanisms, and choosing proper modes, etc.
