小微企业绩效影响因素实证分析
An Empirical Research on Influencing Factors of Small and Micro-enterprise Performance

小微企业是提供就业岗位的主要渠道，是企业家创业成长的主要平台，是科技创新的重要力量，小微企业的发展对于实现国民经济平稳快速发展有着重要意义。采用OLS回归模型，利用陕西关中地区495份问卷数据，实证分析了小微企业创业者的基本特征、创业动机和创业环境特征对小微企业绩效的影响。研究表明：银行贷款支持和政府信息服务对小微企业的绩效有显著正向影响；此外，性别、年龄和创业动机也有一定影响。据此，提出加大对小微企业金融支持力度，完善信息平台建设和有针对性进行创业和企业管理培训等建议。
Small and micro-enterprise is the main channel to provide jobs, the major platform for entrepreneurial growth, and the significant force in scientific and technological innovation. The small and micro-enterprise plays an important role in the steady and rapid development of national economy. Based on the investigation of 495 entrepreneurs in Guanzhong region, Shaanxi Province, we adopted the OLS regression model to study the effects of entrepreneur's characteristics, motiva-tions and the environment on small and micro-enterprise performance. The result shows that finan-cial support from the bank and information services provided by the government affect significantly the performance of small micro-enterprise. Besides, gender, age and entrepreneurial motivation also impose some impact on it. Therefore, it is suggested that efforts should be made to increase the financial support to the small and micro-enterprise, to improve the construction of informational plat-form, and to conduct more targeted training.
