基于类型分析的陕西统筹城乡经济社会一体化经验探析
Research on Shaanxi Overall Planning of Urban rural Economic and Social Integration——Based on Type Analysis

区域发展差异大、工业化与城镇化发展不一致、生态脆弱、公共服务不均等城乡经济社会的差异化特征，决定了陕西城乡经济社会一体化实施过程不能采用固定的、单一的模式。运用主成分分析方法,建立相关指标体系,测算陕西城乡一体化的实现程度,结合陕西主体功能区的划分,根据区域类型的特点将其发展划分为四大类:城郊区、资源富集区、农业区和生态脆弱区,总结不同的类型区域城乡经济社会一体化的成功经验,为陕西及我国其他同类地区统筹城乡一体化提供借鉴。
As a result of China’s considerable regional diversity, no consistent development between industrialization and urbanization, fragile ecology and inequality of public service, the different characteristics between urban and rural economic and social development determines that the implementation of Shaanxi urban rural integration process can not be in a fixed and single way. According to the regional type, this article divides the province’s development into four categories: suburban area, resource rich region, agriculture zone and ecological fragile zone by Principal Component Analysis, to establish the index system, measure the degree of urban rural integration in Shaanxi, then summarize the successful experience of different type of regions, to provide reference for Shaanxi and other similar areas in China.
