收入差异视角下农户公共产品需求分析
Study on Demand of Rural Public Goods Based on Perspective of Farmers’ Income

农户是农村公共产品的直接受益者和使用者，政府供给的农村公共产品是否符合广大农户的需要，是衡量农村公共产品供给有效性的重要标志。通过分析入户调查数据发现，目前各级政府和村庄基层组织提供的公共产品还不能满足农户的基本需求。通过的实证研究发现，家庭收入水平显著影响农户对公共产品需求度，随着收入的增加，农户对生产性公共产品需求大体呈现递减趋势，而对非生产性公共产品需求呈现递增趋势。
Farmers are the most direct beneficiaries of rural public goods and users, whether the public products supplied by government satisfy the needs of the broad masses of farmers in rural areas is an important sign to measure the effectiveness of rural public product supply. By analyzing survey data, we find that the public products provided by all levels of government and village organizations failed to meet the basic needs of farmers, and farmers’ family income level had significant effects on public demand. Through the empirical findings about the farmers’ income and rural public goods demand, it is proved that with the increase of income the demand of productive public goods showed a decreasing trend in general, while the unproductive public products showed an opposite trend.
