从《圣经·箴言》看古代以色列民族的智慧教育
On Wisdom Education of the Ancient Israelites as Revealed in Proverbs of the Hebrew Bible Chapter One of Analects of Confucius

《希伯来圣经》是犹太民族的核心经典，蕴藏着丰富的 教育思想资源，培育了无数推动人类文明进程的伟人。其中的 《箴言》视智慧为一切美德的基础，其智慧教育主要体现在对 年轻人追求智慧、孝敬父母、谨言慎行、仁义宽厚和勤勉精进 等品德的重视和培养。追求智慧是成就一切美德的基础；孝敬 父母是和谐人伦关系的智慧；谨言慎行是待人处事的智慧；仁 义宽厚是为人处世的智慧；勤勉精进则是自我发展的智慧。教 育者应该以培养年轻人具备这些美善的品德为教育目标。唯 此，我们的教育对象才能真正成为拥有理想人格和完美人性的 “完整的人”。
As the core canon of the Jewish people, the Hebrew Bible is abundant with resources of educational thoughts which have cultivated many great Jewish minds who have promoted the process of human civilization. Proverbs in the Hebrew Bible esteems wisdom as the basis of all virtues. Its wisdom education is revealed in emphasis on and cultivation in the youth’s pursuit for wisdom, honor for parents, caution in words and behavior, benevolence and lenience, diligence and enhancement. The pursuit for wisdom helps the youth achieve all virtues, with honoring parents as wisdom for harmonious human relations, caution in words and behavior as wisdom for better human communication, benevolence and lenience as wisdom for better human conduct, and diligence and enhancement as wisdom for selfdevelopment. Therefore educators should set cultivation of these virtues in the youth as educational goals. Only by this way can the youth possibly become “the whole man” with ideal personality and perfect human nature.
