Abstract:

基于“人才强国”的人才观,清末重臣张之洞在兴办新 式学堂的实践中极为关注教师队伍的建设与管理,逐步形成了 较为丰富的教师管理思想。其主要包括:加强教师思想管理, 提升教师思想素养;重视教师职业能力培养及常规管理,提高 教师业务能力;完善教师遴选程序,建设合格师资队伍。张之 洞在开展教师管理的过程中,坚持思想管理为先,推行品行考 核;立足全员管理,提出任期考核;既重视师资队伍的建设与 管理,也十分重视保障教师的待遇。张之洞的教师管理思想, 不仅推动了中国近代教育的发展,也为当今我国加强教师队伍 管理与建设提供了历史参考。
With the concept of “reinvigorating China through training competent talents”, ZHANG Zhi-dong had paid much attention to the construction of teaching staff, and developed rich and varied ideas about teacher management, such as reinforcing the ideological management of teachers to promote their ideological attainment, attaching great importance to the conventional teaching management and the cultivation of teachers’ professional competence to enhance their teaching ability, as well as improving the selection procedures to build a qualified teachers team. In the process of teacher management, ZHANG Zhi-dong gave priority to the management of their thoughts and implemented the conduct assessment; based on full management, he put forward the term assessment; he paid attention to both construction and management of teaching members and the assurance of their treatments. His ideas and practice in terms of teaching management not only advanced the educational development in modern China, but also serve as reliable references to the construction and management of teachers teams in contemporary China.
