Abstract:

学校教育是集中体现教育文明的文化载体。本文通过 列举一些常见的学校教育乱象,指出在“应试教育”主导学 校教育行为的前提下,教育界的既得利益者和追名逐利的浮 躁心态严重阻碍了教育公平和教育创新的发展,并结合 “核 心素养”的要求,强调了学校教育应该正本清源地回到规律 和本质的轨道。本文还进一步地指出,学校教育的回归,不 能仅仅局限于教育方向的矫正和内容的优化,还必须有学校 “人本管理”的建立、教师自身“人文素养”的提升和对学校 教育“评价标准”的改善。
School education is a culture carrier which centrally reflects the education civilization. By listing some common chaos of school education, this paper points out that, under the premise of the "exam-oriented education" has achieved dominant position in school education behavior, the development of education equity and education innovation is seriously hindered by the vested interests, and the pursuit of fame and profit impetuous attitude. Combined with the requirements of the "core literacy", it emphasizes on that school education should be radically reformed back to the path of law and essence. The author also further points out that the return of school education, is not only limited to the optimization of education direction and content, but also must have the establishment of humanistic management in school, the promotion of teacher's humanities and the improvement of evaluation standard of school education.
