Abstract:

就教育系统一般性分析而言,其教育目标、对象、内容、 过程、方法、评价及环境等均具有复杂性。教育作为一个与人 类社会共生的社会系统,由于其系统要素的独特性,其复杂性 又有其特殊性,尤其体现在自组织性、自适应性、动态性等特 性上。通过对教育复杂性的进一步认识,我们得到的重要启示 是:要深入推进教育领域的综合改革,在认识层面,需要摒弃 一蹴而就的思想和固步自封的态度;在实践层面,需要运用结 构化思维注入教育系统不确定性因素,在激活序变量的过程 中把好动态控制,同时力争在上一层级建立起一种新的平衡秩 序,以调动各方积极性,从而促进教育事业可持续发展。
From general analysis of education system, its educational goal, target, content, process, method, assessment and environment have great complexity. Education and human society as a symbiosis of social systems, because of its different elements, its complexity has its particularity, especially reflected in the self-organization, the self-adaptive, dynamic characteristics. By further understanding of the complexity of education, we get important revelations. On the one hand, we need to abandon overnight thinking and the attitude of rest on its laurels to promote the comprehensive reform in the educational field. On the other hand, we need to inject uncertainties into educational system by the use of structured thinking to manage the dynamic control in the process of activation sequence variables, and try to establish a new equilibrium in the previous level in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties, so as to promote the sustainable development of educational undertakings.
