Abstract:

大学教师发展的目标和困境因院校类型而异。从院校发 展的意义上来说,应用型大学教师发展的目标是建立与人才培 养定位相一致的教师队伍,但面临教师来源与教师发展体系等 困境,可能的突破策略是:以院校为教师发展之主体,多元化 师资来源,建立师资储备;以区域为教师发展之场域,合理有 效地推动区域教师发展在资源、经验互享等方面的合作;以项 目为教师发展之载体,在实践中提升和养成教师教学能力和实 践能力;以实践和教学为教师发展之重心,凝练应用型院校教 师发展理念。
The goals and dilemma of faculty development differ from the type of institution. In terms of university development, the goal of faculty development in applied university is to develop teacher team consistent with the orientation of talent cultivation. Faced with the dilemma of teacher resource and teacher development system, the available strategies are to take college as the main body of teacher development, and diversify the teacher resources, and establish teacher reserve; to take the region as the main field of faculty development, and promote the cooperation of regional teacher development in resources, experience and other aspects reasonably and effectively; take the project as the main carrier of faculty development, and enhance and develop teacher's teaching ability and practice ability in practice; and take the practice and teaching as the focus of teacher development, and concise concept of teacher development in applied university.
