“键对键”与“面对面”的联动：大学生心理健康 教育新模式
The Construction of an Online and Offline Linkage Mode of Undergraduate Mental Health Education

网络时代，大学生心理健康教育平台和领域得到空前 拓展和延伸。网络的便捷性和隐匿性为心理健康教育开展带来 正向促进功能，但其表层性、缺失性的特点也需有效规避，将 现实心理健康教育与网络心理健康教育相结合的联动模式是 解决这一问题的关键路径。基于网络心理健康教育模式的前 期探索，“键对键”与“面对面”联动的大学生心理健康教育新 模式需要基于“预防为主，防治结合”的原则，从心理预防教 育、早期测评建档、心理咨询干预、后期跟踪纾解等四个环节， 发挥网络与现实心理健康教育两方面的各自优势作用，并达成 紧密结合、形式互补、内容统一、有效促进、共同覆盖的联动整 合功能，以更好地服务于我国大学生的心理健康教育实践。
In the internet era, the platform and field of college students' mental health education have been expanded unprecedentedly. Although easy access and privacy of the internet bring positive effects on mental health education, its superficiality and efficiency in deep communication also need to be avoided effectively. Therefore the combination of online and offline mental health education is an inevitable path to solve the problem. On the preliminary exploration of online mental health education, this article puts forward a new mental health education mode with four links, including psychological prevention education, early assessment and psychological archive creation, counseling and intervention as well as follow-up treatment, which integrate advantages of both online and offline mental health educations. This new mode combines prevention and control but gives priority to prevention. It has been considered as an ideal mental health education mode.
