利益相关者视域中的高等教育质量，要有建基于各方 利益诉求的多维质量视界，需要澄明各方利益诉求的“共识重 叠”。 现代大学所呈现出“作为不同利益相关者的‘利益共同 体’”的特性，逻辑地要求它以一种共同治理的方式，建立以共 同利益为追求、以互相尊重和信任为手段的合作伙伴关系；不 仅维护教育系统内部利益相关者的利益，而且尊重各外部利益 相关者的诉求，多元利益主体共享大学、和而不同的文化形式 是高等教育质量的精神内核，需要建立以质量价值观为核心的 文化理念、尊重历史传统、观照国际社会文化；利益相关者主 体活力的释放，需要秉持利益均衡原则，注重加强内部利益相 关者的权力制衡与外部利益相关者对大学的监督，改革现行的 大学管理及大学质量管理体制和运行机制。
The quality of higher education in the perspective of stakeholders should build a multidimensional quality perspective based on the interests of the parties, and need to clarify the interests of all parties of the "overlapping consensus". The characteristics of the "interest community" which are related to different stakeholders in the modern university, ask modern university to establish a cooperative partnership based on mutual interests and mutual respect and trust logically; not only to protect the interests of the stakeholders in the education system, and to balance and coordinate the different needs of various external stakeholders; multiple stakeholders share university, and the different forms of culture are the spiritual cores of higher education quality; the release of stakeholders principal activity need to uphold the principle of interests balance, strengthen the internal stakeholders' power balance and the supervision of external stakeholders, reform current university quality management system and operational mechanism.
