治理视角下我国大学教师“双重忠诚”研究

Abstract:
大学教师的“双重忠诚”源于其本身的职业特点和学科 专业化发展趋势,也深受大学组织特征的影响。教师个体的 组织归属感与追求真理的价值观是其“双重忠诚”的内驱力。 “双重忠诚”深刻影响着大学组织和教师个体专业发展。大学 治理应加强对大学教师 “忠诚”资源的开发,通过加强学科 建设、改革评价制度、吸引教师参与治理、建设组织文化等途 径构建大学教师的事业基地和精神乐园,实现大学教师在学科 和组织的 “双重忠诚”的统一。
Dual loyalty of university teachers comes from their professional characteristics and the tendency of discipline specialization, while it is also under the influence of university’s organizational peculiarity. The internal driving force is the individual sense of belonging and the pursuit of truth values. Dual loyalty has great impact on university and teachers’ professional development respectively. The administration of university should reinforce the development of loyalty resources of university teacher; build the spiritual family and career base for its faculty. In this way, we can realize the unification of dual loyalty through fortifying discipline construction, reforming evaluation system, attracting teacher’s participation in management and constructing organizational culture.
