Abstract:

现如今,产学合作已成为推动一国经济发展的重要驱 动力。产学合作实为一种组织间关系的范例,涉及到产学之 间“信息流”和“知识流”的流通。但产学合作关系又表现为 一种“公私”伙伴关系,由于指导大学和产业的制度逻辑的差 异,这就使得产学之间在合作的过程中产生了以“信息流”沟 通不畅的道德危机和“知识流”流通失效的认知障碍,在此 基础上形成了以交易成本理论和知识基础观点为理论支撑的 产学合作障碍全景式解释模型。若要解决产学之间的这两种 类型障碍,需要丰富高校评价机制,落实国家政策需求以及 增加产学之间知识转移渠道的宽度。
Nowadays, the university-industry collaboration(UIC)has become an important driving force to enhance the economic development of a country. The UIC is indeed an example of interorganizational relationships, involving the circulation of the "information flow" and the "knowledge flow". At the same time, the UIC expresses a public-private partnership, but there are some institution logic differences between university and enterprise which make the moral crisis of poor information flow and the cognitive barriers of the circulation failure for knowledge flow, and then form a panoramic interpretation model of UIC barriers on the basis of the Transaction Cost Theory and the Knowledgebased View. In order to resolve these barriers, it must enrich the evaluation mechanism and implement the national policy and broaden the channels of knowledge transfer between universities and industries.
