Abstract:

英语翻转课堂是学生线上与线下学习相结合,以学习为 中心、以教师和学生为主体的“一体两面”互动的一种教育教 学新模式。这种教学模式要求遵循以学为本、先学后教、以教 导学等原则;应在研究构成要素及其实施步骤的基础上,采用 建立统计指标体系的方法,从教学目标、学习条件、学习指导 与教学调控、学生学习活动、教师教学活动等几个方面构建英 语翻转课堂评价指标体系,并以4个等级对其进行模糊统计评 价;要通过加强“双师型”和“双证型”英语教师队伍建设、加 强教学评估与反思、搭建校园“互联网+”平台、优化网络在线 学习社区等措施,优化英语翻转课堂教学模式,促进教学质量 的全面提升。
English flipped class is a new teaching mode of two-way interactive education, which combines on-line and off-line study for the students, focuses on students and is directed by the teacher. The principles of the new mode include taking learning as the basis, teaching after learning, learning guided by teaching and so on. On the basis of studying the elements and the implementation steps of English flipped class mode, the article constructs evaluation mechanism of English flipped class on teaching target, learning conditions, learning guidance, teaching supervision, learning activities of students and teaching activities of the teacher, evaluates the above mechanism by fuzzy statistical way under four levels and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize English flipped class in terms of the construction of “double-qualification” and “bi-certificate” English teachers team, the enhancement of teaching evaluation and introspection mechanism, the set-up of “Internet +” platform and the optimization of online learning communities to optimize English flipped classroom teaching mode and improve the quality of teaching comprehensively.
