Abstract:

鉴于大学生第二课堂具备提升学生综合素质,增强学 生综合能力的育人功能,在研究梳理和理论分析框架基础上 提出了第二课堂、学习满意度与大学生核心竞争力的相关理论 假设。通过问卷调查收集数据,采用结构方程模型方法,考察 “第二课堂、学习满意度和大学生核心竞争力”之间的关系, 构建并实证检验了“第二课堂—学习满意度—大学生核心竞争 力”模型。研究发现,第二课堂与大学生核心竞争力之间存在 正向显著影响,并且学习满意度起着部分中介作用。基于此, 对我国高校科学建设第二课堂提出了对策与建议:优化第二 课堂教育环境,创造优良的学习条件;加大第二课堂教育经费 支持,建立大学生活动中心;改进第二课堂教育系统化设计, 构建第二课堂保障机制;积极联合校外资源,延伸第二课堂教 育范围。
The extracurricular courses can improve college students' comprehensive quality and enhance their abilities. Based on analysis theoretical analysis framework, theoretical hypotheses about the relationship among the extracurricular courses, study satisfaction and the college students’ core competitiveness were put forward. Then the data was collected through questionnaires and a structural equation model was constructed to examine the abovementioned relationship and to verify the hypotheses. It is found that the extracurricular courses positively and significantly affect college students' core competitiveness and the study satisfaction also plays a mediating role. Based on this finding, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for colleges and universities in China to scientifically construct extracurricular courses.
