澳大利亚科技大学联盟教师发展中心特色探析

Abstract:
通过梳理澳大利亚科技大学联盟教师发展中心的主要 目标、职能作用、活动项目等三个方面,探究其建设特点,发现 他们的建设具有以下共性:以教学为导向,注重质量提升;以 师生为中心,重视人文关怀;以课程为载体、重视课程开发;以 创新为目标,强调技术更新。根据学校的基础与发展定位,每 所学校的教师发展中心也体现出不同特点:皇家墨尔本理工大 学采取“工作学习结合”模式、科廷大学推行“项目导向式”发 展、悉尼科技大学遵循“因教师施策”原则、南澳大利亚大学 组建专业的教师发展团队。澳大利亚科技大学联盟教师发展 中心理念和实践特色可以为我国应用型高校教师发展中心的 建设提供借鉴参考。
This study conducted analysis of the construction of Technology Network faculty development centers in Australia from main target, functions and activities three aspects. The empirical results show that the construction of Technology Network faculty development centers in Australia has the common characteristic, such as, being teaching-oriented, paying attention to quality improvement; taking teachers and students as the center, paying attention to humanistic care; taking curriculum as the carrier, attaching importance to curriculum development; taking innovation as the goal, emphasizing technology updating. Each of them has its own characteristic, such as, the model of work integrated learning of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, project oriented model of Curtin, the formation of professional faculty development team of University of South Australia. The construction of faculty development center in our country is still in the primary stage of development, we should learn successful experiences of others.
