论教师工作环境权

Abstract:
教师工作环境权是教师实现体面劳动价值的权利,其 主要内容包括生命健康权、人格尊严权、知情权、交流与表 达权、生存与发展权、结社权。在现实中,教师工作环境权 的缺失是普遍存在的,保护的困境是多方面的,其负面影响 不可小视。教师工作环境权的保护策略在于:增强教师权利 保护意识,使教师工作环境权实现从依附环境到主动保护; 提高学校管理水平,保证教师工作环境权实现物质环境与人 文环境并重;加强教师工作环境监督检查,使教师工作环境 权由应然转化为实然;健全教师工作环境权法律、规章,使 教师工作环境权保护从弱到强。
The teachers’ right to work environment is the right for teachers to achieve the decent labor value. It includes the right to life and health, the right to personal dignity, the right to know, the right to communicate and express, the right to survival and development, and the right to form associations. In reality, the absence of teachers' right to work environment is widespread, the dilemma of protection is manifold, and causing several negative impacts. To protect teachers' work environment right, we should increase teachers' awareness of protecting their rights, improve the management level of schools, strengthen the supervision and inspection of teachers' work environment, and perfect the laws and regulations of teachers' work environment right.
