Abstract:

教育由传统到现代的转变,使教师的职业身份发生了 很大的变化。但人们对传统的教师社会角色的期望仍延续至 今,对当代教师责任感产生了重要影响。“传道授业解惑”的 育人职责成为教师责任感在传统与现代之间的共同取向,其 中,“传道”为关键,是教师的第一责任和使命。教师的责任感 作为一种内在的自觉意识,在传统中则体现为“仁”。教育发 展至今,传道的传统内涵也有了新的发展:培养目标的发展变 化赋予“道”新的内容,当下教师所传之“道”是为人之道、立 身之道、行事之道,是“立德树人”之道;师生关系的变化改变 了“传”的方式,教师不仅要言传还要“身传”,不再单方面向 学生灌输体现单一价值观的狭隘的“道”,师生相互尊重、平 等对话,共同造就现代社会合格公民。
The change of education from tradition to modernity, makes teachers' professional identity have a great changes,but traditional expectation to the social role of teachers continues to date,it has a great impact on contemporary teachers' sense of responsibility. The educational responsibility of “Transmit wisdom,impart knowledge and resolve doubts” becomes the connection point between tradition and modernity of teacher’s responsibility, transmit wisdom is the key among them,is the first responsibility and mission of teachers.The development of education until now,traditional connotation of transmit wisdom also has a new development:The development change of training objective gives new content to “way” ,the “way” teacher is teaching currently is the rules of conduct,the way of being a proper person,the way of acting,is the way of strengthening morality and education;The relationship’s change between teacher and student changes the way of “transmit”,the teachers teach students should not only in words but also in deeds,teachers are no longer instilling “ way” reflecting single value and narrow to students,there are mutual respect and equal dialogue between teachers and students,they will make a qualified citizen together.
