论大学的脊梁
On the Backbone of University

大学是有梦想的人的聚集之所，梦想的实现奠基于大学 的脊梁；因为，有脊梁才能有担当，有担当才能托起梦想。大学 的性质决定大学要有脊梁，优秀的大学需要有健硕的脊梁。然 而，目前中国大学的脊梁却难以挺拔。出现这种情况与大学本 身、大学中人以及政府等有着密切关系。改变这种状况需要大 学、大学中人以及政府共同作出努力。
University is the gathering place of the individuals who have a dream and the realization of dream is based on the ridge beam of University. One who has ridge beam can shoulder responsibility, and one who is devoted can hold the dream. The nature of university demands that it should have the ridge beam and the excellent university needs strong ridge beam. However, the ridge beam of Chinese University nowadays is difficult to be tall and straight. This situation has close links with university itself, the individual in university and government. And it could be changed with the jointed efforts of university itself, the individual in university and government.
