Abstract:

岳麓书院本科生生活导师制,是一种以传统为本,将 “学以成人”作为终极追求,并借鉴西方“学长制”的全新人才 培养模式。经过数年的推行,岳麓书院本科生生活导师制逐渐 走向成熟,并形成了自身的特色:德育优先的教育模式、感召 式的教育手段、唤醒学生内在生命力的教育目标与中西结合的 教育理念。生活导师制适应了当代大学教育制度,为解决当前 大学生入学教育困境做出了有益的探索。在实践的过程中,生 活导师制尽管依然存在不少问题,但我们相信,只要顺应时代 发展大势,认清教育发展的基本规律,并从多方面进行适当的 调整与革新,生活导师制终将焕发其应有的生命力。
Based on the ancient Chinese tradition, the life tutorial system at Yuelu Academy is a new talent cultivation model originated from the western instructor system. The ultimate goal of the system is to help students learn to be “human”. After several years of trial, the system has been gradually mature and has formed its own characteristics as follows: the priority of moral education, the educational means of inspiration, the goal of waking up the inner spirit of students, and the combination of Chinese and western educational ideas the education goal and the students' intrinsic vitality of western philosophy of education. The life tutorial system has adapted to the contemporary university education system and has been a useful exploration of freshman orientation. In the practice, there have been many problems in the life tutorial system. But we believe that the system will eventually exert its great influence as long as the Academy follows the trend of the times, recognizes the basic laws of educational development, and makes adjustments and innovations of the system in many ways.
