企业环境技术创新激励因素:国际进展与未来趋势
The Stimulus Factors of Firm’s Ecological Innovation:International Review and Future Development

从国际层面厘清企业环境技术创新研究进展对研究与实践党中央在十九大报告中提出的“构建市场导向的绿色技术创新体系”具有重要意义。鉴此，本文从市场供需、环境管制政策、企业内外部资源、企业战略与管理体系和国际化五个方面梳理了企业开展环境技术创新的激励因素的研究进展，并结合中国面临可持续发展实践需求，提出了基于“市场”和“行政干预”双重机制作用于企业环境技术激励的理论与实践研究框架。
Reviewing the theory and empirical research of ecological innovation from the international academic circles is very important to do the intensive research and realize the strategy of creating a market-based system for green technology innovation, which was promoted at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This paper reviewed the motivation factors research of firms' ecological innovation from market supply and demand, environmental regulation policies, internal and external resources of firm, strategy and management system of firm and internationalization perspectives. Furthermore, it put forward framework of the theoretical and empirical research of motivation of firms' ecological innovation, based on the Market-oriented and government intervention mechanisms, under the background of sustainable development demand of China in future.
