Research on Synergetic Technological Innovation in Chinese Strategic Emerging Industry Bases

战略性新兴产业基地的协同技术创新是基地以及战略新兴产业发展中的重大问题。基于战略性新兴产业基地协同技术创新的特点、机理，采用德尔菲法发现基地在技术创新环境、技术创新动力、技术创新链等方面不足，鉴此，应优化组织机构，推动产学研互动，健全知识产权交换制度，构建基地文化，拓展产品市场，组建创新平台。
Synergic technological innovation is of great importance for Chinese strategic Emerging Indnstry Bases. Based on the features and mechanism of synergic technological innovation in Chinese Strategic Emerging Industry Bases, using the Delphi method to identify the shortcomings in technological innovation environment, power and chain. The strategies of promoting synergic innovation in Chinese Strategic Emerging Industry are proposed in the paper.
