Empirical Study on the Impact of Financial Technology on Industrial Structure Upgrading and its Spatial Spillover Effect

选取2001—2015年省级面板数据，基于空间计量模型，考量科技金融对产业结构升级的影响及其空间溢出效应。结果显示：科技金融能显著促进产业结构升级，并通过空间溢出效应对邻近区域的产业结构升级产生较好的促进作用；同时科技金融对产业升级的空间溢出效应在东部地区最大，西部地区其次，中部地区最小；人力资本、城市化水平和外商直接投资在全国范围具有较显著的空间溢出效应，东部地区溢出效应更强。
Based on the spatial econometric model and selecting the provincial panel data from 2001 to 2015, an empirical study is conducted on the impact of financial technology on industrial structure upgrading and its spatial spillover effect. The results show that financial technology can promote the upgrading of industrial structure significantly, and it also promotes the industrial structure upgrading in neighboring region through the spatial spillover effect. At the same time, the spatial spillover effect of financial technology on industrial upgrading is the largest in the eastern region, the second in the western region and the smallest in the central region. Human capital, urbanization and foreign direct investment have a significant spatial spillover effect in the whole country, and the spillover effect is stronger in the eastern region.
