林农视域下林业社会化服务供给评价分析——以湖南为例
Analysis on Social Service Forestry of Supply in the Viewpoint of Forest Farmer Taking Hunan Province as an Example

通过对湖南省500户林农的调查，运用Logistic回归模型对林农林业社会服务需求和满意度进行实证分析，并通过IPA分析法对湖南省林业社会化服务绩效进行评价。结果表明：目前湖南省林业社会化服务的供给水平相对于林农日益增长的需求仍显得落后，林农对林业社会化服务的供给满意度不高。为进一步完善湖南省林业社会化服务，应做到以林农为本，促进供给体系结构优化，从而实现林农需求与林业社会化服务多元供给之间的良性互动。
Through a survey of 500 farmers in Hunan Province, using logistic regression model empirical analysis on Farmers' forestry social service needs and satisfaction, and the paper evaluates Hunan province forestry social service performance by IPA analysis. The results show that: at present Hunan province forestry social service supply level for farmers growing demand is still relatively backward, the satisfaction of farmers with supply of the forestry social service is not high. In order to further improve Hunan's forestry social service,we suggest that the forestry industry should be taken as the basis and the structure of the supply system shoold be optimized, to realize the good interaction between the demand of forest famers and the multiple supply of forestry services.
