Intergenerational savings is an important problem of intergenerational justice.It is the intergenerational justice for the ethical guidance，it is for environmental resource as the main object，to solve the environmental crisis as the basic goal，in order to realize the system of distribution for the ultimate purpose of the principle of sustainable human survival and development.It is the only way which must be passed，the construction of ecological civilization，but also to solve the global ecological crisis，major initiatives to achieve sustainable development.
