岳麓秦简“毋夺田时令”探析
Research on the Prohibition of Delay Farming in Yuelu Academy Qin Bamboo Slips

通过对岳麓秦简“毋夺田时令”的分析，认为“中县道”是内史辖县道，“春秋试射”是县吏召集黔首参加的射术教学、演练和考核。“毋夺田时令”规定了两事项，分别需要和相关律令条文配合使用。
Through the analysis of the Prohibition of Delay Farming which appeared in Yuelu Academy Qin Bamboo Slips, this paper argues that Zhong Xiandao were managed by Nei Shi,and the archery tests in spring and autumn were organized by county officials. The prohibition involved two things, and it should be applied with other laws.
