Ethical Inquiry and Redemption of Food Safety in Post-crisis Era

当下中国食品安全问题凸显人本能的伸展与人欲的扩张，使人们既产生了对“得”的奈，又感受到“德”的失落。后危机时代食品安全的伦理叩问表明，中国的食品安全已凝成一盘棋局，没有一个人是孤岛。食品安全的自我救赎，既要将“道德进步”的坐标置于每一个个体生命的时间轴上，进行个体理性精神的重建，更要面对一个基于“命运共同体”的道德救赎过程，运用公共理性进行价值的反思。
Nowadays, Chinese food safety issues highlight the extension of the natural inclination and the expansion of human desire. It makes people not only be disappointed with “acquisition”，but also feel lost about morality. The ethical inquiry of food safety in the post-crisis era shows that the current situation of Chinese food safety is just like a game of chess, which wouldn’t be cracked easily. In fact, what Chinese food safety improvement needs is not only enhancing the public’s moral awareness which can rebuild one’s rational spirit, but also using public reflection when facing with a moral redemption based on fortune community.
