随机需求发生扰动时三级供应链协调研究
Research on Coordination of Three-level Supply Chain with Stochastic Demand Disruption

考虑包含供应商、制造商和零售商的三级供应链，当突发事件导致随机需求发生扰动时，研究该三级供应链的最优决策及收益共享协调合约。首先，在需求未发生扰动条件下提出该三级供应链系统的收益共享协调合约模型，研究发现，收益共享合约不能协调随机市场需求发生扰动时供应链系统。为此，提出了三级供应链一体化决策时应对需求扰动的最优决策模型；并在分散化决策时提出了改进的收益共享合约模型实现供应链协调。数值实验检验了决策模型的有效性。
This paper focuses on a three-level supply chain consisting of a single supplier，a single manufacturer and a retailer who face stochastic demand，the three-level supply chain system can be coordinated with revenue sharing contract under a normal case.But this coordination may be broken off by an emergent event.The optimal strategies of the centralized supply chain replied to the disruptions were proposed，and an improved revenue sharing contract was proposed to coordinate the decentralized supply chain system under stochastic demand disruption.A numerical example was presented to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed decision model.
