秦迁刑考略
On the Qian Penalty of Qin State and Dynasty

随着秦领土的不断扩张，具有实边意义的迁刑应运而生，且适用范围越来越广泛。迁刑作为秦的主要刑罚之一，为了满足实边的需要，在执行时，通常对其家庭集团施以包刑，一同迁往边地。在秦的刑罚体系中，迁刑与耐刑的刑罚序列相当，补充完善了秦死、刑、耐的三级刑名体系。
With the continuous territorial expansion of the Qin state，the Qian penalty which had the meaning of enriching frontier came into being.The applied range of it became more and more widely.As one of the main penalties of Qin state and dynasty ，when it was execution，the family members of the criminals were also moved to the frontier.In the penal system of Qin state and dynasty，the Qian penalty had been an important ingredient which equals to the Nai penalty and objectively perfected the penal system which consisted of Death penalty，Xing penalty and Nai penalty.
