邵飘萍新闻思想述论
A Discussion on Shao Piaoping's Journalistic Thoughts

邵飘萍是中国新闻事业在民初转型时期的代表人物，是中国第一个集新闻记者、新闻学者和新闻教育工作者于一身的“新闻全才”。他的新闻思想主要内容有：在新闻职能方面，认为报纸的首要任务是传播消息；在记者的任职资格方面，最早提出记者要以“品性为第一要素”；在新闻业务上，认为凡事必力求实际真相，以“探究事实不欺阅者”为第一信条；在记者责任上，特别强调记者要有“铁肩辣手”的斗争精神；在处理传者与受众的关系上，主张对待读者可以迎合但不能盲从，讲究高雅而不能低俗；在媒介经营管理方面，主张新闻机构既要注重社会效益，又要注重经济效益，努力实现两个效益的有机统一。
Shao Piaoping is a representative figure of the Chinese news career transition period.He is China's first generalist of news reporter，academic，and educator.His journalistic theories are as follows：in terms of the reporter's qualification， he firstly proposed that reporters should think "quality as the first element"；in the news reporting，he insisted that reporters should strive to every real truth，and take "the exploration of that the facts don't deceive readers" as the first creed；on reporters’ responsibility，he particularly emphasized that journalists should have a fighting spirit of "iron shoulders and sharp pen"；in dealing with the relations between disseminators and audience，he argued that papers should cater to，not blindly follow audience，disseminators should be elegant but not vulgar；in terms of media operation and management，he argued that news organizations should pay attention to not only social benefits，but also economic benefits，and even realize the organic unity of these two benefits.
