Fan Zhongyan's Contribution on Schooling Promotion and Academy Education

范仲淹在创通经义、革新政令与书院讲学三个方面，奠定了宋学的学术精神。特别是他推动的庆历兴学与书院教育，使他成为宋学的开创者、奠基人。范仲淹对书院教育的推动，主要表现在他与睢阳书院的学缘关系及在睢阳书院的教学活动。
Fan Zhongyan (989-1052) laid the foundation of the academic spirit of Song studies in three aspects, involving innovating the Classics' meaning, reforming the government decree and promoting academy education. He was considered as the pioneer and the founder of the Song studies, for his achievements on schooling promotion in Qingli era and his contribution on academy education by giving lectures in Suiyang Academy, which he ever studied in.
