基于密切值法和秩和比法的农村卫生费用使用情况评价
Evaluation on health expenditure in rural area of China based on close-value method and RSR method

目的:研究我国农村地区卫生费用的使用情况,为合理的费用支出提供依据。方法:收集2006至2013年我国农村卫生费用的相关数据,采用密切值法将其按年份排序,再使用秩和比(RSR)法对8 a的排序结果分档。结果:卫生筹资增速慢于卫生费用使用增速,人均政府农村卫生资金投入的环比增长最快; 密切值分析显示Ci值最佳的为2013年,最差的为2006年; RSR法分档结果亦表明,2006至2007年为差,2008至2012年为一般,2013年为好。结论:我国农村卫生费用使用情况逐年优化,个人卫生费用支出中政府卫生支出增长明显,但还需进一步改进。
Aim:To evaluate the use of health expenditure in rural area of China, and provide the references for the reasonable expenses.Methods:The data from 2006 to 2013 on rural health costs in China were collected,and the close-value method was used to sort it by years, then using the RSR method to grade the 8-year ranking results.Results:The close-value analysis showed that the relative value of Ci, the best approximation of index value,had the best value in 2013 and the worst in 2006.RSR method showed that 2006-2007 was poor, 2008-2012 was normal, and 2013 was good.Conclusion:The situation of rural health expenditure gradually become better,the growth of per individual health expenditure is rapid,and the health expenditure needs gradually stabilize
