心理接纳在护理人员职业倦怠和抑郁之间的调节作用

Abstract:
目的:探讨心理接纳对护理人员职业倦怠与抑郁倾向关系的调节作用。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样方法抽取河南省某市7家市级医院的841名在编护理人员,采用职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)、《流调用抑郁自评量表》(CES-D)和《接纳与行动量表》(AAQ-Ⅱ)进行问卷调查,对数据进行层级回归分析。结果:护理人员职业倦怠与抑郁倾向呈正相关(r=0.439,P<0.05), 与心理接纳呈负相关(r=-0.417,P<0.05),心理接纳与抑郁倾向呈负相关(r=-0.512,P<0.05)。职业倦怠对抑郁倾向(β=0.224,P<0.01)有显著影响; 在预测抑郁倾向时,心理接纳与职业倦怠之间存在交互作用(β=-0.007,P<0.01)。结论:心理接纳能有效降低职业倦怠对护理人员抑郁倾向的损害,调节作用随着倦怠程度的增加而增强。
Aim: To explore the effect of paychological acceptance on the relationship between burnout and depression of nurses.Methods: A total of 841 nurses were sampled from 7 municipal hospital in a city of Henan Province by multistage random sampling method,and were administered by Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS), Center for Epidemiological Survey-Depression Scale(CES-D)and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Ⅱ(AAQ-Ⅱ), then hierarchical regression analysis was adopted for data analysis.Results: There was a significant positive correlation between job burnout and depression(r=0.439,P<0.05), and a negative correlation between burnout and psychological acceptance(r=-0.417,P<0.05), and a negative correlation between depression and psychological acceptance(β=-0.512, P<0.05). Burnout had a significant effect on depression(β=0.224,P<0.01). There was a significant interaction between psychological acceptance and job burnout in predicting depression(β=-0.007, P<0.01).Conclusion: Psychological acceptance can effectively reduce the damage of occupational burnout to depressive tendencies of nurses, and with the increase of burnout, the moderation enhances
