河南省焦作市城市居民自评健康状况及影响因素分析*
Analysis on self rated health status and influencing factors of urban residents' self assessment in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province

目的:了解河南省焦作市城市居民自评健康状况及其影响因素。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取河南省焦作市1 803名15岁及以上城市居民,调查其基本情况。利用EQ-5D量表调查居民自评健康状况。采用时间权衡法换算表,将居民自评健康状况转化成ED-5Q健康指数,分析影响居民自我健康状况的因素。结果:居民自我健康状况评价中,有问题的主要是疼痛/不舒服、焦虑/抑郁和行动。对居民自评得分有影响的因素是年龄、文化程度、吸烟状况和是否有慢性病(P＜0.05)。结论:居民自评健康状况整体良好,高龄和慢性病是影响居民健康的主要因素。
Aim: To understand the self rated health status and its influencing factors in Jiaozuo City residents of Henan Province.Methods: Using the method of multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling, 1 803 rural residents aged 15 years and above in Jiaozuo City,Henan Province were selected.The residents' self rated health status was investigated and transformed into ED-5Q health index by using the time trade-off method.Results: In the evaluation of the health status of residents, there were some problems in the aspects of pain and discomfort, anxiety and depression, and action. The factors that affected the self rated score of the residents were age, culture, smoking, and chronic disease(P＜0.05).Conclusion: The health status of the residents is good, and the elderly and chronic diseases are the main factors that affect the health of the residents
